Not sure what to do? Feeling desperate and hopeless? Struggling with letting go of the past? Having difficulty adjusting to post pandemic life? Don't know what to do about your child's out of control behaviors? We all come to a point in our lives when things seem unbearable. Sometimes we need a little help for a short amount of time, and sometimes we need a huge assist for an indefinite amount of time. Once we identify our stressors we can then begin to gain the confidence and stability to live life, not simply survive this world.

Each of us is a valuable human being. My passion is to be a light to others in which they can find the confidence to walk through trials. “For the mountains may depart and the hills be removed, but my steadfast love shall not depart from you… ”  ~ Isa 54:10
